Fernando has developed his professional career in the consulting sector, specializing in the last 19 years in the Infrastructure sector. He has participated in strategic consulting, operations and organization projects both within Spain and abroad, highlighting his experience in Latin America, Europe and North Africa. 

Among the clients that he has advised, mainly from a strategic consulting point of view, there are public and private groups in the infrastructure development, water, railway, logistics, port, airport, management and road transport sectors. He also has extensive experience in processes of asset acquisition and commercial Due Diligence or assistance in bidding for various players in the sector. Currently Fernando is leading a project funded by the European Commission on designing a new national wide approach for PPP water projects.
