Mr. Carlos Cosín is the CEO of Almar Water, a specialist provider of technical capabilities and expertise for water infrastructure development, including design, engineering, financing and operation. He has been a successful thought leader in the water sector for over 20 years, providing fiscal, strategic and operational leadership in uniquely challenging situations in the global water market.

Mr. Cosín has an extensive knowledge of the desalination and water reuse market and he is passionate about sustainability and project finance. He has been an active member of the International Desalination Association Board of Directors for the last three terms and is currently serving as the Treasurer (2013-2015, 2015-2017 and 2017-2019).
