Mr. JOAN GALTÉS CRUCES has a Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Barcelona as well as several courses within the desalination industry and Strategic complex selling.

Joan has recently joined Danfoss as a Sales Manager. In the last 9 years Joan has been working for ERI in different Sales positions: recently was in charge to develop the business in for their Oil and gas department focused on Middle East end users and also to develop strategic alliances with licensors in O&G and in the Ammonia industry.

Prior to that Joan was active part since 2006 in all Megaprojects being supplied by ERI globally and also all the OEM projects in Europe providing a huge experience with energy recovery devices and pumps as well as dealing with all major players in the desalination industry.

All his 17 years of professional experience have been related to the water industry, working as well in some PPP projects in the USA, or developing industrial water project in Algeria.
