Raúl Lemes de León, received the Master’s degree in Chemical Engineer – Water Treatment Processes from La Laguna University, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain in 2000. He has been working in the water industry for more than 20 years, participating in several BOD projects (Spain and International), O&M contracts and Water Cycle Company under different responsibilities. He is currently the Operation Manager at Sacyr Water, managing contracts in countries as diverse as Oman, Chile, Argelia or Australia.
