Ines Nulens obtained a M.S. degree in Bio-Science Engineering (Environmental Technology) from KU Leuven in 2017. In 2018, she joined the Membrane Technology Group of professor Ivo Vankelecom at KU Leuven to pursue a PhD on the topic of TFC membrane development using ionic liquids and the synthesis-morphology-performance relationship of polyamide TFC membranes.
