Ms. Marcuello is a Civil Engineer of the Politechnic University of Madrid (UPM) since 1993. Since then she has been involved in projects related with hydraulic and hydrollogical modelling and water planning. She has been an associated lecturer of Hydraulics at the UPM. Since 2013 holds her current position, where she is involved in the development of the RBMPs and in particular in the uptake of water reuse as use in the water planning process.
